This glorious lime, pineapple, and pisco cocktail recipe from Martin Morales is just the thing for a hot summer's day.

  • 50ml pisco (we use Plata Quebranta Pisco)
  • 2 tsp granulated white sugar
  • 1/2 lime, plus extra for garnish
  • 50g pineapple
  • Ice

Method
  1. Muddle fresh lime, pineapple and sugar in a tumbler.
  2. Add the pisco and ice, stir.
  3. Garnish with lime and serve.
