This ice cream is basically a ban-ini – bananas and tahini! Super easy to make, it is a delicious pudding topped with date molasses and toasted flaked almonds. We serve this alongside a scoop of fro-yo at The Barbary

6 ripe bananas
3 tbsp raw tahini
Pinch Maldon salt

Put the frozen banana with the tahini and salt in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
Put in a lidded container and put back in the freezer for 2hrs. Be careful, if left for too long it will go too hard.
Scoop ice cream
Drizzle of date molasses
Toasted flaked almond
For tahini fanatics drizzle some tahini on top as well!
