A spicy salsa with Serrano chillies, tomatillos and coriander

  • 7 large tomatillos
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 5-10 Serranos (5 de-seeded if you prefer it less spicy, 10 seeds in for chilli addicts)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Method
  1. Blitz all ingredients apart from the salt till they are semi smooth (about 45 secs)
  2. Add salt to taste
