1 x seeded vegan bun
Vegan burger relish (recipe below)
Sliced Red onion (in rounds very thin)
Sliced Gherkin (lengthways about 3mm thick)
1 x slice Vegan cheese.
For the vegan burger relish (makes roughly 500g relish)
220g x Vegan Mayo
110g x Organic Ketchup
10g x Sugar
10ml x White Wine Vinegar
20g x Siracha
20g x Frenchies American mustard
40g x Diced Shallots
40g x Diced Gherkin

Mix all the vegan burger relish ingredients together
Season the patty with salt and cook in a hot frying pan or griddle for 4 mins on each side. You are looking for a good crust on each side and to be hot in the middle.
Cut the burger bun in half leaving a thick bottom and toast on the inside only under the grill.
Top the burger with the onion, cover with the cheese and melt under the grill.
Build the burger as follows. Bottom bun, veganise, patty, gherkin and finally the top of the bun.
