Middle-Eastern inspired restaurant Arabica started out as a market stall on Borough Market in 2000, and founder James Walters opened the first bricks and mortar site in the market’s famous railway arches in 2014. In October 2019, James opened Arabica’s sister site in King’s Cross, offering a menu packed with Middle-Eastern-inspired flavours, with dishes such as Supergreen hummus, Feta and spinach boregi and the Arabica affogato — house-made milk soft serve with Turkish-style coffee, cardamom honeycomb and walnut baklava.
