Who we are

Gather with loved ones for nibbles, cocktails, laughs and beautiful dishes of food at our lovely brasseries designed by award winning designer, Inge. Inspired by Raymond Blanc’s travels, our food is ethically and seasonally sourced whilst created with care and attention to detail. Don’t forget we also have our sister brand, ‘White Brasserie’ being a lovely group of pubs.

Many of Brasserie Blanc's 15 nationwide locations have now reopened with various Covi-secure meausures in place, with a number set to reopen on 28 September. Check their website for more information.

They have also extended their Eat Out To Help Out offer throughout October if you needed any further reason to give them a go.
