Club Mexicana make 100% vegan and totally banging Mexican-inspired street food. Their vegan tacos, nachos and burritos champion plant-based ingredients like jackfruit and seitan, whilst incorporating house-made pickles, chilli sauces and guacamole. Founded by Meriel Armitage, Club Mexicana started out as a street-food concept, inspired by the food scenes across Melbourne, LA and New York, alongside traditional Mexican taquerias, and already has residencies and kitchens in Covent Garden, Shoreditch and Hackney, as well as Glastonbury, Latitude and Wilderness festivals.
