Who we are

Founded by Ravinder Bhogal in 2016, Marylebone restaurant Jikoni has won praise ever since for Bhogal’s creative, comforting, and colourful dishes that span countries and continents. Dubbed “borderless cooking” the dishes at Jikoni celebrate both uniqueness and similarities in different cuisines across the globe, influenced by Bhogal’s own mixed heritage and culture — expect ingenious and diverse dishes like prawn toast scotch eggs, heritage tamarind tomatoes, and wild nettle dhokli.

Jikoni has now re-opened to the public, taking measures “above and beyond” government guidelines to ensure customer safety. In early June, Jikoni launched Comfort and Joy, a vegetarian and vegan meal delivery service so that customers could enjoy their fix of Bhogal's "borderless dishes" from the comfort of their own homes. This service is available for delivery (check the catchment area on their site to see if you’re in luck) or pick up from the Jikoni site in Marylebone.
