Who we are

Found in five different London locations, as well as in Milan, Macellaio RC is all about steak, specifically the globally-renowned steak of the Fassona breed of cow from Piedmont. You’ll find this exquisitely-aged beef served in simple yet refined dishes that put the meat centre-stage, namely in the form of tartares, carpaccios, or steaks cooked to perfection, bringing you a steak experience that is hard to find outside of Italy.

Macellaio RC is open for business, and is taking part in the Eat Out To Help Out scheme across all of its London locations. Delivery is available from their Exmouth Market, South Kensington, and Battersea locations — you can order directly through the Macellaio RC website. If you'd like to get some hands-on experience with Italian culinary arts, you can book either a baking or butchery masterclass at their Union Street location.
