Who we are

Norma is London's celebrated Sicilian-inspired restaurant from chef Ben Tish and The Stafford Collection. Housed on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia, its menus are inspired by the food and culture of Sicily, with particular emphasis on the Moorish influences of the island’s cuisine. Contemporary and modern, but celebrating old-school Italian hospitality and charm, Norma is spread over three floors of a converted characterful townhouse. The ground floor home to a crudo bar and the top floor a private dining room overlooking the street below.
