The Salt Yard family was born out of founders Sanja Moll and Simon Mullins’ experiences and love of eating and drinking throughout Spain and Italy. Whether it be a bar stool in Seville for a glass of cold sherry and a plate of glisteningly fresh squid, a trattoria in Bologna for a shared dish of oozing pumpkin tortellini with sage butter, or a board of cheeses with honey and a large glass of Barolo in Milan, their aim was to transfer all these experiences to the streets of London whilst adding in a generous splash of warm hospitality.
Now part of the Urban Pubs & Bars family, our restaurants are places to stop by for a glass of fizz or a delectable bottle of wine; a board of hand-carved Jamón Ibérico or a feast; and most importantly to come for a good time.
